1. SHIPPING SCOPE & RESTRICTIONS

SpeakON currently ships exclusively to the 48 contiguous United States.

Excluded Regions: Due to logistics complexities and carrier restrictions, we do not offer shipping to the following locations:

  • Alaska (AK) and Hawaii (HI).
  • U.S. Territories: Puerto Rico (PR), American Samoa (AS), Guam (GU), Northern Mariana Islands (MP), and U.S. Virgin Islands (VI).
  • APO/FPO/DPO Addresses: We cannot deliver to military or diplomatic post offices at this time.
  • P.O. Boxes: For security reasons and high-value hardware protection, a physical street address is required for all deliveries.
2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

We offer a simplified shipping structure to ensure you get your SpeakON device without hidden costs.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Peak Seasons: During high-demand periods or product launches, processing may take up to 3–5 business days.
3. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will typically remain "pending" for 24–48 hours until the carrier updates their system. You can track your package directly on our website or via the carrier’s portal (e.g., FedEx, UPS, or USPS).

4. DELIVERY CONDITIONS & MODIFICATIONS
  • Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. SpeakON is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • No Modifications: To maintain high fulfillment speeds, orders cannot be modified (address, quantity, or model) once they have entered the "Processing" or "Shipped" status.
  • Signature Requirement: To protect your investment, certain high-value shipments may require a signature upon delivery.
5. DAMAGED, LOST, OR STOLEN PACKAGES
  • Inspection upon Receipt: Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If the outer packaging is severely damaged, we recommend taking photos before opening it.
  • Reporting Issues: If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package, or if the item arrived damaged, please contact support@speakon.app within 48 hours.
  • Risk of Loss: Once the package is handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss and title for the product passes to you. SpeakON will assist in filing claims with carriers for lost or damaged goods, but we are not responsible for packages stolen after a confirmed delivery.
6. UNCLAIMED OR REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If a shipment is refused at the time of delivery or remains unclaimed at the carrier’s local facility, it will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases:

  • The original shipping cost (if any) is non-refundable.
  • A $12.50 return-to-sender fee may be deducted from your refund to cover the additional logistics costs.
