Our Role and Relationship
BTXAKITA INC. is a professional Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) service provider, officially designated and authorized by SpeakON to provide the following services:
- Platform Operations: Maintaining the storefront and ordering interface.
- Payment Collection: Acting as the Merchant of Record for your purchase.
- Delivery: Coordinating logistics from regional hub to your final address.
- Transaction Management: Executing authorized refunds and cancellations.
Product Warranty & Software: The quality of all hardware products is guaranteed by SpeakON. All software and data services are directly implemented, maintained, and updated by SpeakON.

Eligibility & Capacity
By placing an order on www.speakon.app, you represent and warrant that:
- Legal Capacity: You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
- Age Requirement: You are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
- Information Accuracy: All information provided during the checkout process is accurate and complete.

Formation of Contract
Order as an Offer: Your order constitutes a binding offer to purchase. A contract is only formed when we send a shipping confirmation email to you.
