Smart Polish cleans up the raw voice input, removing fillers and repetitions. Attune adapts the tone and format of the cleaned output to match the context you're writing in. Most users run both. Smart Polish runs first; Attune applies after. You can also run Smart Polish without Attune if you want clean, verbatim text with no tone adaptation.
Smart Polish applies to all voice input processed through the SpeakON app. The polished text lands in whatever iOS app is active at the time. It works across messaging, email, notes, and any other app with an active text field.
Yes. If you want verbatim output — exactly what you said, fillers and all — you can set Attune to "Off" mode. This returns raw, unprocessed transcription. Most users keep Smart Polish on by default.
