The code is valid from 12:00 a.m. PT on September 1 through 11:59 p.m. PT on September 15, 2026.

The code cannot be combined with any other offers, including the existing $10 first-order discount.

The code is valid only during the Discount Period, is non-transferable, and has no cash value. The Discount Offer is subject to product availability.

The $15 Discount Offer is available to all customers during the Discount Period. No email subscription or Giveaway entry is required to use the LABOR15 discount code.

Orders placed before the start of the Discount Period are not eligible for retroactive application of the promotional price. SpeakON will not refund or credit the difference between a previously paid price and the promotional price.

Part 2: Labor Day Giveaway

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

To enter, submit a valid email address and subscribe through the official SpeakON Labor Day Giveaway entry form. Limit one entry per person and per email address during the entire Giveaway Period.

Participation in the Giveaway is separate from the $15 Discount Offer. Using the LABOR15 discount code does not automatically enter a customer into the Giveaway.

Existing SpeakON subscribers must also submit their email address through the official signup form on the SpeakON website to participate in the Giveaway. Existing subscriber status alone does not constitute an eligible Giveaway entry. Existing subscribers may use the same email address previously used to subscribe to SpeakON.

Giveaway participation will be recorded through SpeakON’s campaign-specific data collection system. Only entries successfully submitted through the official Labor Day campaign entry process will be included in the eligible Giveaway pool.

Submitting the same email address more than once does not create additional Giveaway entries or increase an entrant’s chances of winning.

The Giveaway runs from 12:00 a.m. PT on August 27 through 11:59 p.m. PT on September 13, 2026, and consists of two drawing rounds:

Round 1

Eligible entries received from 12:00 a.m. PT on August 27 through 11:59 p.m. PT on September 6 will be included in Round 1.

Two (2) potential winners will be randomly selected on or about September 7, 2026.

After eligibility has been confirmed, the two Round 1 winners will be announced between September 7 and September 13, 2026.

Round 2

Eligible entries not selected in Round 1 will automatically be carried over into Round 2. No additional entry is required.

New eligible entries received from 12:00 a.m. PT on September 7 through 11:59 p.m. PT on September 13 will be included in Round 2 only.

Three (3) potential winners will be randomly selected on or about September 14, 2026.

After eligibility has been confirmed, the three Round 2 winners will be announced between September 14 and September 15, 2026.

Round 1 winners are not eligible to win again in Round 2.

Winners will be announced on the official SpeakON website and will also be contacted individually using the email address submitted with entry. Entrants who are not selected as winners will not receive individual non-winner notifications.

Prizes and Winner Notification

A total of five (5) prizes will be awarded. Each confirmed winner will receive one SpeakON device with an approximate retail value of $129.

Winners will be contacted using the email address submitted with entry. To claim a prize, each winner must contact SpeakON Customer Support and provide the requested fulfillment information, including full name, a valid U.S. shipping address, and their preferred SpeakON device color. A phone number may also be requested where necessary for shipping or delivery purposes.

SpeakON will make reasonable efforts to fulfill the winner’s preferred color selection, subject to product availability. If the requested color is unavailable, SpeakON Customer Support may contact the winner to arrange an available alternative color.

No purchase, checkout payment, or promotional redemption code is required to claim a Giveaway prize. Once the winner’s eligibility and fulfillment information have been confirmed, SpeakON will arrange shipment of the prize to the eligible shipping address provided by the winner.

Prizes can only be shipped to eligible addresses within the United States. Certain locations may be excluded. Please refer to the SpeakON Shipping Policy for complete delivery coverage and restrictions.

Giveaway prizes do not include additional commercial after-sales warranty service, except for any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash, except where an alternative fulfillment arrangement is approved by SpeakON Customer Support based on the winner’s individual circumstances.

Any personal income-tax or reporting obligations arising from receipt of the prize, if applicable, remain the responsibility of the winner.

Part 3: Subscription & Privacy

By subscribing, you agree to receive promotional emails from SpeakON and may unsubscribe at any time.

Subscription is required only for participation in the Labor Day Giveaway and is not required to use the $15 Discount Offer.

Existing subscribers must submit their email address again through the official Labor Day campaign page in order for their Giveaway participation to be recorded.

Your email and personal data are processed in accordance with the SpeakON Privacy Policy.

Information submitted through the Labor Day campaign page may also be used to verify Giveaway eligibility, administer winner selection and notification, communicate with winners, and arrange prize fulfillment in accordance with these Terms and the SpeakON Privacy Policy.

Part 4: General Terms

The Discount Offer and the Giveaway are separate promotional activities with different promotional periods:

Giveaway Period: August 27 through September 13, 2026.

Discount Period: September 1 through September 15, 2026.

All dates and times stated in these Terms are based on Pacific Time.

Fraudulent activity, misuse, or bulk purchasing may result in cancellation of the order, discount, or giveaway entry.

Duplicate, automated, fraudulent, or manipulated Giveaway entries, or attempts to circumvent the campaign-specific entry tracking process, may result in disqualification.

SpeakON reserves the right to interpret, modify, suspend, or terminate these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
